Tell us the app/iOS version, what went wrong and a request or chapter ID if available. You do not need to send your questionnaire, full story, audio, password or payment-card details. Only include a story excerpt if you choose to share it. In a saved chapter, Report a problem sends a category and technical reference by default; an excerpt needs separate confirmation.

Common questions

• **Saved audio:** verified downloads play offline. Export recordings before changing devices or removing the app; restoring a purchase does not restore deleted stories.
• **Cloud downloads:** delivery expires after 24 hours. Keep the saved local copy; an expired cloud copy cannot be downloaded again.
• **An interrupted request:** check the original task in the app. Do not repeatedly start new requests while its result is unknown.
• **Subscriptions:** use the app's Manage subscription or Restore purchases controls. You can also manage an Apple subscription. Apple handles payments and refunds. Deleting stories or the app does not cancel billing.
• **Privacy:** Settings lets you turn off optional usage data and separately delete local stories or cloud personal content.

Safety

Wishtale is for adults and is not an emergency or mental-health service. Stories and affirmations are generated imagination exercises, not treatment or promises of real-world outcomes. Harmful requests may be blocked; you can try an ordinary goal about your own choices instead.

Choose your country on that website; its availability, listings and privacy rules are managed by its operator. We do not send your story or answers with the link. Our support email is not a crisis response service.
